Rate is per day, and is including condominio, water, gas, electricity and services of porter.
For monthly rate the value of condominio and electricity are charged separately.
A daily rate is calculated starting at 12:00 untill 12:00 the next day.
For reservations of less than 3 days, a tax of R$ 25 is charged.
Children of 12 years and older are considered adults.
Towels and sheets are not included, but can be provided at an additional charge (please consult for prices)
We allow visitors during the day, but not to spend the night.
